Prepare the spaces that need access
Keep entrances to attics and crawlspaces accessible where applicable, along with electrical panels, water heaters, and heating and cooling equipment. Tell us about locked areas, pets, stored items, or other access restrictions. Safe access and operating conditions affect what can be evaluated.
Choose the right property type
The scheduler has annual maintenance options for detached single-family homes and for apartment or condo homes. For an attached unit, confirm which components can be accessed and obtain association information about shared maintenance responsibilities. The inspection does not automatically cover an entire association building.

Is this the same as an equipment service appointment?
